PBSC’s vision panels are flexible in size and are available in many different versions, these include:

  • Double Glazed – Allows occupants or observers to visually inspect processes, equipment, or personnel inside the cleanroom without compromising the controlled environment.
  • Fire Rated – Tested to BS 476 part 22 and EN 1264-1:1999, providing up to 120 minutes of fire resistance.
  • Emergency Escape Panel – Provides a quick escape from a cleanroom or containment controlled environment, widely used within healthcare, medical research, and the pharmaceutical industry worldwide.
  • Lead Shielding – Providing up to 12mm lead equivalency for different applications including code 5, code 6, code 7, etc.
  • High Containment APR – Available double glazed or single glazed with a polished stainless steel frame and is mechanically sealed to the wall with a compression gasket.

PBSC’s vision panel is provided double glazed however other glass options are available:

  • Mirrored Glass – Glass panels are supplied using mirrored glass, allowing privacy across both sides of the vision panel.
  • Magic Glass – Glass panels are provided with privacy transparency changing glass, also known as Switchable Glass, offering advanced functionality and instant privacy.

Constructed from stainless steel grade 304 or 316.

Each panel has flexible sizing to accommodate the end user and specific application requirements.

PBSC’s cleanroom vision panels can be equipped with integral blinds, providing an added level of functionality and control for various applications.

The blinds are built in and are sealed within the double glazing to ensure they remain dust free and easy to operate.
