This solid cleanroom door system can be customized to fit existing wall structures and is available in both single, or double-door, and a leaf and half configurations.

• Cleanroom Glass Door – A toughened glass door leaf within a stainless-steel frame, offering both an eye-catching appearance and exceptional functionality for your facility. This glass door, with its open space feel, allows personnel to observe processes without compromising the controlled environment, making this cleanroom door set a preferred option for operatives working within the confines of a laboratory environment.
• Emergency Escape Panel – The escape panel is quick to remove and clearly marked. It takes approximately 6 seconds to entirely remove the lightweight panel providing a fast means of personnel escape when needed. Providing a quick escape from a cleanroom or containment-controlled environment.
• Phenolic Resin Door – This phenolic resin door set has a higher resistance to damage and has no hollow cavities where contamination can be ingested. Manufactured with a solid core of chemical grade phenolic resin ideal for laboratory, cleanroom, and corrosive environments.
• High Containment Mechanical Seal Door – The door frame features a stainless steel arm that can easily compress the combed edge against the seal. This mechanical mechanism is installed within the frame, which ensures that the door is lighter and easier to maintain. Suitable for all types of containment, the seal doesn’t need compressed air making it a fail-safe airtight barrier in case of a power outage.
• High Containment Inflatable Seal Door – The containment-controlled door frame is flush with the floor, eliminating obstacles or trip hazards. Perfect for high-traffic applications where superior airtight containment is needed, the door’s seal is inflated by compressed air against the curved frame, providing exceptional leak resistance.
